Finechem Technology FC58117 Energy-saving diesel engine oil complexing agent of nano boride rare earth is made of nano calcium borate multi-effect agent, nano anti-friction and anti-wear agent boron ceramics, low ash detergent, ash less dispersant, a little of ZDDP antioxidant anticorrosion agent, high temperature phenolic amine antioxidants and metal deactivator as well as cetane number improver etc. It belongs to multiple effect wood oil complexing agent with low sulfur phosphorus ash and energy saving and emission reduction, which can meet requirements of ACEA2010C-10 and 2010 A/B-10 high-end engine oil and API standards. The product can greatly improve the performance of extreme pressure, abrasive resistance, anti-friction and antioxidant anticorrosive, reduce the damage of sulfur, phosphorus and ash on the engine and exhaust devices. New type of hexadecyl improver is used in lubricating oil, which is a technological innovation, through it works instantly in cylinder wall, but it has the outstanding effect on improving burning of diesel engine, preventing flame retardant, saving fuel and reducing emissions. The Nano boron ceramic can improve finish of cylinder barrel and sealing of piston ring to increase engine power, which can achieve the purpose of more powerful, longer oil change period and higher fuel economy. The product performance can reach or exceed the level of the import compound agent, can significantly reduce the cost of the product.

Storage & Handling

Attentions for Storage and Use

Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
