Finechem Technology FC3116 anti-wear detergent of high alkali value boride rare-earth is deep amber transparent oily liquid, compounding with nano lanthanum borate, hyperdispersant, modifying agent and non-ionic surfactant, etc.. It belongs to a new generation of super low ash metal anti-wear detergent. Compared with calcium sulfonate, salicylic acid, calcium alkyl phenol, naphthenic acid calcium and magnesium, under the precondition of reducing sulfate ash, TBN is not changed, with detergency increasing sharply and friction coefficient of four ball machine decreasing; at the same time, FC3116 has the performances of outstanding solubilization, antioxidant, antirust and reducing turbidity point and pour point, which is multipurpose additive with extensive use, especially used for reconciling engine oil of energy saving and emission reduction.
