Finechem Technology FC 3112 friction improver of nano boron ceramic

Finechem Technology FC 3112 friction improver of nano boron ceramic is a deep amber transparent oily liquid, which is made of nano calcium borate multi-effect agent, nano boron anti-friction ceramics and advanced synthetic ester. It belongs to the products of non-toxic, no phosphorus, low sulfur, low ash energy saving and emission reduction, having features of extraordinary antifriction and antiwear and fuel economy. After stand test, friction coefficient and wear spot are 20% less than that of traditional anti-friction, and the fuel saving ratio in internal combustion engine oil is 5%-7.5% (fuel-efficient of stand and is 2% and 4% respectively, which is the national promotion transport energy-saving products). Compared with traditional friction improver, FC3112 has lower cost and lighter color than that of organic molybdenum and nano copper, lower toxicity than that of thiophosphoryl compound, and more environmentally-friendly; it can not only have characteristics of high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance but can avoid competitive adsorption because the polarity is too strong, reduce the effect of original extreme pressure antiwear agent, while the fatty acid has no such characteristics.

Scope of Application
  • It is applied to lubricating oil, agent, fat requiring reducing resistance and wear spot, save energy, and have self-study ability, and factory agent for new car, which is similar to healing agent for automotive engine overhaul.
  • Recommended amount: internal combustion engine oil of 0.3%-1%; vehicle gear oil of 0.5%-1.5%; various industrial oil of 0.8%-2%; lubricating grease of 1%-2.5%.

Attentions for Storage and Use

Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and acceptance of delivery are performed as per SH/T0164. 200Kg packaging with galvanized iron bucket shall be stored in dry and ventilated storehouse below 45°C; Blending temperature should not exceed 75°C. The product is non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive. General chemical prevention measures shall be taken in feeding and using process to avoid contacting with Skin. Once touching, wash out with soap water.
