Assure+ is a natural booster for SPF formulations to help achieve high SPF protection while meeting global UVA-PF requirements. In combination with Zano® as a single UV filter, SPF 50 formulations are achievable.


Assure+

Zano® is a range of ultrafine zinc oxides that provide tailored performance in broadband UVA/UVB absorption and transparency in several applications. Zano® products are photostable without the use of stabilizers and do not lose their performance upon sunlight radiation. Zano® products are manufactured and tested in compliance with GMP Part II / ICH Q7 requirements.


Zano

Xperse® portfolio is based on the 3 types of Zano® zinc oxide powders offered by EverCare. Each powder has been designed to offer specific performance in UVA, UVB and transparency. Each type of Zano® powder is also available in uncoated form or with a triethoxycaprylylsilane surface treated version. Xperse® products are manufactured and tested in compliance with GMP Part II / ICH Q7 requirements.


Xperse

Xperse® 501 is a dispersion of Zano® 20 Zinc Oxide in CCT and is COSMOS and Ecocert certified. The Zano® 20 in the product is uncoated Zinc Oxide providing highest levels of transparency. It provides a critical wavelength of 371nm and ~1.6 SPF units/w%. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels. Products are available as coated and uncoated powders and as Xperse® dispersions, some in combination with TiO2. Zano® & Xperse® are products from EverCare.

Xperse® 501

Xperse® 102 is a dispersion of Zano® 10 Zinc Oxide in CCT and is COSMOS and Ecocert certified. Zano® 10 is uncoated Zinc Oxide providing balanced UVB/UVA protection and transparency. It provides a critical wavelength of 373nm and ~1.6 SPF units/w%. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels. Products are available as coated and uncoated powders and as Xperse® dispersions, some in combination with TiO2. Zano® & Xperse® are products from EverCare.

Xperse® 102

Zano® 10 Plus is coated with triethoxycaprylyl silane. Products are available as coated and uncoated powders and as Xperse® dispersions, some in combination with TiO2. Zano® & Xperse® are products from EverCare.

Zano® 10 Plus

Zano® 20 Plus is coated Zinc Oxide providing highest levels transparency. It provides a critical wavelength of 371nm and ~1.6 SPF units/wt%. Zano® 20 Plus is coated with triethoxycaprylyl silane. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels. Zano® 20 Plus

Xperse® 301 is a dispersion of Zano® 10 Zinc Oxide and TiO2 in CCT and is COSMOS and Ecocert certified. Zano® M Plus is coated Zinc Oxide providing highest levels of UVA protection. It provides a critical wavelength of 385nm and ~1.5 SPF units/w%. Zano® M Plus is coated with triethoxycaprylyl silane. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels. Products are available as coated and uncoated powders and as Xperse® dispersions, some in combination with TiO2. Zano® & Xperse® are products from EverCare.

Zano® M Plus

Zano® 10 is uncoated Zinc Oxide is a naturally photo stable mineral sunscreen providing balanced UVB/UVA protection and transparency. It provides a critical wavelength of 373nm and ~1.6 SPF units/w%. It is COSMOS and Ecocert certified. The Zano® range consists of three base products that each have a different tailored particle size distribution to deliver distinct UVA and transparency levels. Products are available as coated and uncoated powders and as Xperse® dispersions, some in combination with TiO2. Zano® & Xperse® are products from EverCare.
