SPF Mineral Sunscreen Spray #EC-01-03

Formulation

Prepare phase A: heat Coco-caprylate to 75-80°C and add Polyhydroxystearic Acid - mix until dissolved.
Add Zano® 10 Plus slowly and disperse well using high mechanical agitation (e.g. dissolver or homogenizer).
Add ingredients of phase B and stir well. Add to phase A, maintain a temperature of 75-80°C.
Mix ingredients of phase C and heat to 80-85°C.
Add phase A+B to C while stirring well to form a homogenous emulsion.
Cool down slowly to 40-45°C while stirring rapidly. Reduce speed and cool down to room temperature.
