Formulation

Melt the ingredients of phase A (70-80°C) in appropriate size support vessel.
Mix phase B liquids in a separate container and heat until melted and uniform. Gradually add Zano® 10. Mix under high sheer to obtain a homogenous mixture.
When ZnO dispersion (B) is uniform, add to heated oil phase (A). Mix until uniform.
In a main vessel mix phase C.
Add phase A+B to C while homogenizing. Gradually increase the homogenizer speed during the addition of the oil phase.
Cool down to room temperature while mixing.
