Formulation

Combine ingredients of phase B and heat to 70-80°C. Mix until uniform. Add phase A.
Heat the ingredients of phase C except for Zano® 10 in appropriate size support vessel. Heat to 70-80°C.
Add gradually Zano® 10 to phase C. Mix under high sheer. When ZnO dispersion is complete, add to phase A+B.
In main vessel, combine Phase D under continuous mixing, then add A+B+C. Homogenize while increasing speed gradually during the addition of the oil phase.
Cool down to room temperature while mixing.
