Euronut’s factory is based in Sperone, in the
province of Avellino, in the land that gave the name to the hazelnut quality “Avellana”, well-known for its unique organoleptic characteristics.
Over the years, Euronut has widened its product range, in the framework of a diversification process, and in response to the increasing market demands. The company now is mainly focused on added-value products: the hazelnut paste, and the spreadable and filling creams.
Euronut’s mission is to offer products that will
satisfy the needs of its clients, maintaining high quality standards and offering competitive prices.

Euronut S.P.A. Spreadable Cream is our spreadable cream, and it is the result of a soft and fragrant blend of the flavor of cacao and the taste of hazelnut. Delicious and nutritious, Nocciolata is to taste on fresh bread or straight from the jar. The cream is available in various proportion of hazelnut, and in the organic version as well.

Euronut S.P.A. Natural Hazelnut Kernels is used hazelnuts are mostly from Campania, but we can provide the best hazelnuts available on the market also from other sources, from small calibers, 9-11mm, to big calibers, 13-15mm and 15+, subject to availability and to the sold product.

Euronut S.P.A. Hazelnut Paste is suitable for the production of spreads, wafers and biscuits creams filling, cakes, ice-creams, and many other products, the hazelnut paste is our flagship product. Over the years, we reached a high degree of specialization in its production. We can offer many qualities of hazelnut paste different for used hazelnuts, roasting degree, color, and so on – accordingly to our clients’ requirements and specifications. The hazelnut paste is also available in the organic version.

Euronut S.P.A. Filling Cream is suitable for industrial and homemade confectionary products, our hazelnut filling creams combine the taste and the quality the best ingredients. The creams can be added to the products before or after baking, and they are available in darker variety, Nocciolata, that combines the hazelnut and the cocoa taste, as well as the lighter version, Cremino, characterized more delicate taste produced by the blend milk and slightly roasted hazelnut. Euronut provides the expertise of its team, more than qualified to advise the proper type of cream, and to develop new brand products, accordingly to the specific requirements each client. The filling creams are available with different proportion of hazelnut, as well as in the organic version.

Euronut S.P.A. Hazelnut Praline Paste is blended with the 50% of sugar, praline hazelnut paste is an ideal ingredient for chocolates, ice-creams, and pastry products. The standard quality is made of 50% sugar and 50% hazelnut. We could also personalize this product in order to comply with our clients’ exigencies, modifying the hazelnut-sugar proportion. The hazelnut praline paste is also available in the organic version.

Euronut S.P.A. Gianduja Paste is characterized by a particularly high percentage of hazelnut and it is available in two typologies: sweet and bitter (without any added sugar). It is suitable for many different applications (creams, fillings, ice-creams, chocolate, and many others).

Euronut S.P.A. Roasted Hazelnuts are used hazelnuts that are mostly from Campania, but we can provide the best hazelnuts available on the market also from other sources, from small calibers, 9-11mm, to big calibers, 13-15mm and 15+, subject to availability and to the sold product. The hazelnuts are selected very carefully with our optical sorter and by hands in order to offer the best quality of the product.

Euronut S.P.A. Hazelnut Diced is produced by Mortarelle or Giffoni hazelnuts. An efficient working process gives to the product a good appearance and the possibility to be well preserved. The hazelnuts diced is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionary industry, biscuits. The hazelnut diced is available in 2 - 4 mm size.
