Ethosurf series of reactive emulsifiers are next-generation surfactants designed specifically to overcome the negative properties imparted by free surfactants in the system. These new surfactants have an unsaturated bond which gets attached to the polymer during the polymerization process thereby reducing the free surfactant content in the system. These surfactants offer superior water resistance, better adhesion and a score of other property enhancements to the polymer. Functional emulsions using reactive emulsifiers have widespread use especially in the paints, coatings, inks & adhesive industry.

    The usual precautions in handling chemicals should be observed and it is recommended that operatives should wear goggles and gloves when handling the concentrated product. Any contact with skin and eyes should be washed immediately with copious amounts of cold water.
