The ESTILUBE range consists of mono and polyol esters for use in metal working fluids and other industrial lubricants. These specialty products are applied as lubricity additives and film-forming components in the formulation.The ESTILUBE L-series covers a range of mono esters with low odor and a low content of residual alcohol. The L-series esters are based on ‘narrow cut’ fatty acids. This means that a superior product quality is obtained with no light boilers or heavy residues.The ESTILUBE P-series are based on pentaerythritol and selected mono and di-carboxylic acids and are available in varying viscosity ranges. Again, ‘narrow cut’ fatty acids are selected to obtain a superior product quality.Commercial applications are found in water-miscible cutting fluids, neat oils, deep-drawing lubricants, grinding fluids, release agents, additive packages, de-watering fluids, rust removers, aerosols and many other areas.

ESTILUBE™ L360 S is an ester oil based on vegetable fatty acids. It is applied as a base oil in water- and non-water-miscible metal working fluids, mold release agents, and other industrial fluids where good lubricity is required. This can replace mineral oil in many industrial lubricant formulations. This can be mixed with ESTILUBE L300, ESTILUBE PTO, and ESTILUBE P1600 in order to adjust the viscosity of non-water miscible formulations. ESTILUBE™ L360 S is formulated with emulsifiers such as ESTISURF 600 and sodium sulphonates for the development of water-miscible formulations.

ESTILUBE™ P688 is an ester oil based on natural, saturated fatty acids and a polyol with a neopentyl structure. This has a very high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It forms no carbon residues, even at very high temperatures. It is recommended for use in high-temperature lubricants such as greases and chain lubricants. This is based on saturated fatty acids and has very good oxidation stability. It is miscible with mineral oil, PAO, esters, and polyglycols.

ESTILUBE™ L320 is an ester oil based on natural saturated and unsaturated fatty acids. It has a high flash point, a low evaporation rate, and good lubricating properties. It's applications are that it is recommended to use as metal working lubricants and release agents.

ESTISOL® 297 is a polar solvent derived from saturated fatty acids, featuring a high flash point and excellent environmental properties. It is suitable for industrial cleaning applications, including cleaners, and is valued for its environmentally friendly composition, making it ideal for sustainable solutions in institutional and industrial care.

ESTISURF® CC01 is an emulsifier package based on non-ionic surfactants mixed with coupling agents. It is specifically developed as an all-round emulsifier that can be used in high-performance cold cleaners based on n- and iso-paraffinic solvents, D-types, PKWF-grades, and fatty acid esters. It is also compatible with a wide range of solvents.

ESTISURF® CC01

ESTISURF® 1005 is a nonionic surfactant based on the branched C10 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a medium HLB value. It is an all-round surfactant used for cleaning purposes. Also, combining this with other non-ionic or anionic surfactants will make it more effective in cleaning by enhancing its properties.

ESTISURF® 1005

ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is a polymer ester based on natural and synthetic carboxylic acids. It provides excellent lubricating and emulsifying properties in metalworking fluids. The acid value of ESTIMOL® CE 960NN is generally neutralized by alkaline components in water-dilutable metal working fluids. Typical neutralizing agents are alkanol amines, primary and tertiary amines, potassium hydroxide, or other inorganic bases. The neutralized ester contributes to the corrosion protection properties of the fluid and also improves the emulsion stability.

ESTISURF® 1305 is a nonionic surfactant based on C13 fatty alcohol ethoxylate. It is a surfactant with a medium HLB value. It has numerous applications in formulated chemical products such as polishes, car care products, lubricants, and paper chemicals.

ESTISURF® CF20 is a nonionic emulsifier based on modified fatty acid MEA amides. It is used as an emulsifier and corrosion inhibitor for water-miscible metal working fluids, cleaning agents, and other formulated products. It is also added to the lubricating properties of certain formulations.

ESTISOL® 240 is a polar solvent derived from natural vegetable fatty acids, featuring a high flash point, very low pour point, and excellent environmental properties. It is suitable for industrial and automotive cleaning applications, including degreasers, cleaners, and automotive cleaners. ESTISOL® 240's eco-friendly and vegetable-based composition makes it a reliable choice for sustainable cleaning solutions and other applications like printing inks.

ESTISOL® 130 is a highly polar ester derived from a cellulose feedstock, offering 100% biocarbon content. It exhibits very high solvency power on polymers, paints, coatings, and adhesives, with partial water solubility of 170 g/liter. ESTISOL® 130 is an environmentally friendly, VOC-free alternative to traditional solvents like ketones, aromatics, NMP, NEP, and d-limonene. Ideal for industrial cleaning applications, it is used in paint strippers, graffiti removers, and specialty coatings.

ESTISOL® 135 is a highly polar ester derived from a cellulose feedstock, containing 56% biocarbon and classified as non-VOC. It offers exceptional solvency power on polymers, paints, coatings, and adhesives. ESTISOL® 135 is a sustainable alternative to traditional strong solvents like ketones, aromatics, NMP, NEP, and d-limonene, which often carry high GHS hazard labeling. It is ideal for industrial cleaning applications, including paint strippers, graffiti removers, and specialty coatings.

ESTISOL® 242 MB is a polar ester derived from natural, saturated fatty acids sourced from RSPO MB-certified vegetable oils. It features a high flash point, excellent environmental properties, and high polarity. Suitable for industrial cleaning applications, it is used in degreasers, cleaners, automotive cleaners, and tar removers. Additionally, ESTISOL® 242 MB is ideal for offset, heatset, and coldset inks, making it versatile for printing and food and beverage manufacturing applications.

ESTISOL® 390 MB is a 2-ethylhexyl ester of long-chained natural fatty acids derived from RSPO MB vegetable oils. It is a versatile ester solvent with a lower odor than tall oil fatty acid esters. ESTISOL® 390 MB is suitable for applications such as offset printing inks, release agents, and pigment binder preparations, making it ideal for use in printing, packaging, and chemical manufacturing industries.

ESTISOL® 110 P is a light yellow, low-viscosity liquid derived from vegetable raw materials. Known for its high solvency, it is ideal for industrial cleaning applications, including cleaners, paint strippers, and graffiti removers. ESTISOL® 110 P is also used in epoxy resin and polyurethane manufacturing. Its pour point can be reduced by mixing with other raw materials, such as 20% ESTISOL® 150, to achieve a pour point below 50°C.
