- ESTISOL® 242 is applied in the formulation of heat-set and cold-set offset inks.
- ESTISOL® 242 can be used in inks for food packaging.
- ESTISOL® 242 is recommended as solvent in industrial cleaning fluids such as degreasing agents, tar removers, automotive cleaners and hand cleaners.
- ESTISOL® 242 is replacing traditional hydrocarbon solvents such as de-aromatised hydrocarbons, kerosene, white spirit, Stoddard solvent and solvent naphtha.
- ESTISOL® 242 can be combined with ESTISOL® 312, methyl esters, glycol ethers or alcohols according the application requirements.
