Eralease LP 57

Eralease LP 57 is applied by air-less spray with spray gun with reduced air pressure.

Eralease LP 57 is primarily developed for spray application, it may also be brush or wiped applied, leaving a thin film of waxes thus allowing reproduction of the finest detail.

APPLICATION DETAILS

Thoroughly clean the mold with a suitable solvent to remove any previous release or contamination. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. Using conventional spray equipment (10 – 50 cm from surface), apply Eralease LP 57 to the clean molds. Alternatively, wipe or brush application may be used. To pre-treat or condition the clean mold, apply three even coats (allow solvent to flash off between coats). For optimum surface results, lightly buff the inside of the mold with a clean, lint- free cotton cloth after drying. Reapply after each demould to ensure the mold is clean and adequate release.
