Erapol CC5-65 is a premium grade polyether (PTMEG) based cold castable polyurethane elastomer. The product is free from MOCA (methylene bis-ortho chloroaniline) and flammable solvents, which produces an elastomer with outstanding toughness, high elongation and abrasion resistance. It offers advantages in that it can be readily processed and cured at room or elevated temperatures. The convenient mix ratio and low viscosity allow for easy processing.

Erapol CC50A is a cold castable polyurethane 50 Shore A elastomer. Eracure L is a high performance curative that can be used to cure TDI based prepolymers. It provides significant improvements in dynamic and high temperature properties compared with commercially available systems. It provides improvement in dynamic performance, increased service temperature of elastomers by at least 25°C, increased abrasion resistance, improved resilience, low toxicity and it imparts transparent qualities.

Eralease LP 57 is a low viscosity liquid mold release agent based on a blend of waxes with excellent releasing in hard-to-reach zones.

Eraspray ESP880 is a two component, spray-in-place, solvent free, and 100% solids polyurethane elastomer system and contains a fire-retardant.

Eraspray ST PW is a two component, spray-in-place, solvent free, flexible and 100% solids polyurea elastomer system. It is formulated for spray application through plural component spray equipment. Eraspray ST PW is a fast curing, textured surface, multipurpose material designed for commercial and industrial applications requiring high chemical resistance and abrasion resistance. This product is based on aromatic polyurea chemistry and will change color with long term exposure to U.V. Eraspray ST PW is certified in accordance with AS/NZS 4020 (Testing of products for use in contact with drinking water).

Eraspray ESP950 is a two component, spray-in-place, solvent free, and 100% solids polyurethane elastomer system and contains a fire-retardant.

Eralease W is a paste product extensively used in the conditioning of molds prior to mold release application. Its hard dry film is an excellent base for any conventional solvent borne release agents on all mold surfaces.

Era Polymers Ethacure 300 is a liquid aromatic diamine polyurethane curative. Cast polyurethane stress/strain physical properties are excellent. At similar hardness, these properties compare favorably with other diamine curatives. Ethacure 300 curative is convenient to use because it is a liquid at room temperature and is processed at room temperature.
