Tech Kleen, another powerful nPB-based vapor degreaser, is used across multiple industries throughout the country to clean everything from grease and oil to flux and mold. Its advanced formulation tackles the frustrating cleaning problems experienced by manufacturers every day. Enviro Tech is proud to offer Tech Kleen to industrial professionals who are seeking a direct replacement of harmful chlorinated solvents like perchloroethylene and trichloroethylene. Similar to EnSolv, multinational corporations, including Boeing, have approved Tech Kleen as a replacement for trichloroethylene.

EnSolv® NEXT is a high-trans fluorinated solvent. This means that EnSolv® NEXT is a nonflammable cleaning solvent, boasts an ozone depletion potential of zero, and has very low global warming potential. Unlike NEXT 3000, EnSolv® NEXT is specifically manufactured for degreasing applications outside the vapor degreaser, such as cold wiping, aerosol spraying and refrigerant flushing.

Enviro Tech International 1,2 Trans Dichloroethylene is a next-gen chlorinated solvent that is widely used in precision degreasing applications. When compared with other chlorinated solvents such as Trichloroethylene (TCE) and Perchloroethylene (PERC), 1,2 Trans DCE is shown to have significantly less negative environmental and human health impacts. Virgin 1,2 Trans Dichloroethylene is flammable with a flash point of 2°C (36°F). However, Enviro Tech's fluorinated solvents manufactured with 1,2 Trans DCE are non-flammable due to the proprietary stabilizer package that keeps the solvent both stable and and recyclable for numerous cleaning cycles.

Enviro Tech International 1,2 Trans Dichloroethylene

EnSolv® EX is an azeotropic mixture specifically blended for granular and bituminous extractions and is ideal for use in a variety of asphalt extraction methods. EnSolv®EX is an excellent choice as a replacement for methylene chloride and trichloroethylene for all extraction processes and does not require extensive retraining of employees or modifications to existing procedures. Enviro Tech’s 25 years of experience and expertise in developing stabilized n-propyl bromide based solvents means EnSolv®EX stands apart from other types of n-propyl bromide solvents on the market.

EnSolv® Ionic is the leading nPB electronic cleaner. EnSolv®-Ionic was developed to not only remove rosin flux, no-clean flux, oil, grease and wax contaminants, but also to remove residual halide salts, ions and other polar contaminants that often result in component failures.

Tech Kleen® AER is a variation of the n propyl bromide chemistry available in drums or in bulk, designed for packaging into aerosol cans for various uses, as carriers for other products like silicones or lubricants, or as a degreaser or electrical contact cleaner/defluxer.

Tech Kleen® BOOSTER has each variation of Tech Kleen contains stabilizers that prevent the solvent from turning acidic and ultimately becoming unusable. Tech Kleen BOOSTER is a proprietary n-propyl bromide and high concentrated stabilizer blend that can be mixed into any Tech Kleen formula to replenish stabilizers and prolong use.

NEXT 3000 is high-trans fluorinated blend is formulated to meet a wide range of precision cleaning needs. NEXT 3000 is perfectly suited for vapor degreasing in existing equipment, cold wiping applications, oxygen cleaning and many other functions. It is a nonflammable cleaning fluid that can also be used as a carrier fluid for deposition of materials such as silicone and other lubricants.
