Ven-Lube II™ is a nonpolluting, solid, drilling fluid lubricant for use in water base mud systems. It is based on a special, environmentally safe lubricant that has been pre-adsorbed on micronized cellulose fibers. This unique product allows the lubricant to be carried to and concentrated in the wall cake as the fibers are filtered. The fibers provide the additional property of seepage loss control in low pressure depleted sands where differential sticking tendencies require good fluid loss/seepage loss control and lubricity. The use of Ven-Lube II™ minimizes the amount of free liquid lubricant needed in the mud system.

VEN-LUBE II

VEN-GEL 420™ is a specially reacted organophilic clay derivative that is oil- dispersible down to a colloidal particle size. VEN-GEL 420™ is a versatile additive with potential application in a variety of organic systems. Depending on the system, VEN-GEL 420™ is useful as a gellant, a suspension additive, an emulsion stabilizer, a viscosity stabilizer, a water-resistant additive, a filtration rate reducer, or a protective colloid. VEN-GEL 420™ requires only a moderate amount of shear and agitation for full dispersion.

Ven-Gel 406™ is an specially reacted organophillic clay derivative that is oil- dispersible down to a colloidal particle size. Its primary function is to provide suspension and as a gallant for Synthetic and Mineral Based fluids. VEN-GEL 406™ requires only a moderate amount of shear and agitation for full dispersion.

Ven-Fyber Coarse™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface-modified organic fibers for the prevention and remediation of whole fluid losses in drilling fluid applications. Ven-Fyber Coarse™ is field proven around the world for the prevention of moderate, severe &amp; whole fluid losses. Ven-Fyber Coarse™ is composed of a blend of differing types of surface modified micronized cellulosic fibers. The differing types and sizes of the source materials provide excellent bridging and matting of thief zones in the near well-bore formation for effective sealing and prevention of whole fluid losses.

Ven-Gel 413™ is an specially reacted organophillic clay derivative that is oil- dispersible down to a colloidal particle size. Its primary function is a viscosifier and gelling agent in Oil Based fluids. VEN-GEL 413™ requires only a moderate amount of shear and agitation for full dispersion.

Ven-Fyber Medium™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface-modified organic fibers for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss to moderate whole fluid losses in drilling fluid applications. Ven-Fyber Medium™ is field proven around the world for the prevention and mitigation of seepage &amp; moderate to severe whole fluid losses. Ven-Fyber Medium™ is composed of a blend of differing types of surface-modified micronized cellulosic fibers. Ven-Fyber 201™ is the Original micronized, surface-modified, cellulose fiber derivative for use as a drilling fluid additive. Ven-Fyber 201™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface-modified organic fibers for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss in drilling fluid applications. Ven-Fyber 201™ has been engineered to seal the low pressure, depleted sands and micro-fractured shales encountered during drilling, work-over and completion operations.

Ven-Fyber Fine™ is a premium blend of micronized, surface modified organic fibers for the prevention and remediation of seepage loss in drilling fluid applications. Ven-Fyber Fine™ is field proven around the world for the prevention and mitigation of seepage losses to moderate whole fluid losses. Ven-Fyber Fine™ has been engineered to seal the low pressure, depleted sands and micro fractured shales encountered during drilling, work-over and completion operations.

VEN-FYBER FINE

Ven-Trol 401™ is a multipurpose drilling fluid additive designed to stabilize shale, prevent cuttings dispersion and provide lubricity in both water and oil base muds. Ven-Fyber 401™ is designed to reduce problems associated with drilling fluid sensitive shales. Ven-Trol 401™ incorporate an oil dispersible resin on a micronized cellulose fiber. The fibrous base provides a significant increase in seepage loss control, thereby improving the shale stabilizing capabilities of the oil dispersible resin. A Single Sack Asphalt/MCF blend for HTHP fluid loss, seepage loss control and shale stabilization.
