RonaCare

How can you formulate high-quality, consistent products for your consumers and extend the shelf life of the fats and oils you use? The answer: Oxynex® formulation stabilizers. Chemical deterioration caused by oxygen and resulting fatty peroxides can destroy your cosmetic products. Oxynex® helps to ensure the stability of your cosmetics by protecting them from pro-oxida-tive factors such as light, increase in temperature, metal traces, and more. Free radicals at the source of autoxidation chain reactions are inactivated by the intervention of anti-oxidants. Chemical deterioration is an auto-oxidative process caused by action of oxygen in air and can lead to rancidity. Adding antioxidants to your formulations will inhibit the auto-oxidation process, helping to stabilize and protect your formulations.

RonaFlair

Our Timiron® line of silverwhite and interference pigments adds sophistication to virtually any formulation. The versatile pigments add an extra dimension of pearlescence to cosmetics or personal care products. The majority of our Timiron® silverwhite pigments is characterized by variable titanium dioxide layers on natural or synthetic mica or aluminum oxide platelets. Our silverwhite pigments vary in particle size distribution, ranging from 1 – 15 μm (Timiron® Supersilk MP-1005) to 20 – 180 μm (Timiron® Ice Crystal). Depending on their particle size and pigment composition, they display different silverwhite lustrous effects ranging from subtle to satiny, pearly, metallic, or even sparkly.

Ronastar® high-performance pigments upgrade your products to an unrivaled level. They show up with superior performance such as extremely high chroma, luminous matte effects or crystal-clear sparkle. The majority of Ronastar® pigments display exceptional sparkle, some of which appear even larger than their actual particle size. Others reveal attractive crystal-clear sparkle on small particle scale. Selected pigments impart an extremely smooth and soft feel on the skin and also provide long-lasting properties and effect. Ronastar® even unites deep mystic black with a unique glossy shine and excellent coverage in one intense effect pigment.

The Xirona® color travel pigments shift in color depending on the viewing angle. Each pigment transitions through a specific set of colors, and our line offers hues that cover the entire color spectrum. Xirona® color travel pigments display a range of colors depending on how you look at them. The stability of some intense pigments is so extraordinary that the formulation of softer and stable color shades is currently unparalleled.

IR3535® repellent wasn’t just made for nature, it was inspired by it! In a claim approved by the EPA: “IR3535® is inspired from a naturally occurring amino acid” ß-alanine, which enables the repellent ingredient to boast a fantastic safety record.

In the US, it’s rated as a biopesticide that’s approved for all ages, so it can be used for protecting even small children. In the EU, the evaluation of the ingredient did not set an age restriction, and the WHO classified IR3535® repellent as Class U, which means “unlikely to present acute hazard in normal use (WHO 2004)”. The clear, odorless liquid can be used in lightweight formulations like lotions, sprays, and aerosols, allowing consumers’ skin to breathe easy.

Insect Repellents with IR3535® effectively keep pests like mosquitoes and ticks at bay, lessening the exposure to insect-borne diseases like Zika.

Pearlescence plus absorption equals color! Colorona® color luster pigments add not just color, but ready-to-use, intense, vivid color and shine.
The shades of the Colorona® pigments are particularly intense, combining deep absorption color and interference effect all in one. The combination of pearl luster and color in one effect pigment results in a significantly more brilliant color effect than a simple mixture of the two components.

Oxynex® ST Liquid is a unique stabilizer for light sensitive ingredients. The active substance in Oxynex® ST Liquid is Diethylhexyl Syringylidene Malonate (DESM). The DESM in Oxynex® ST Liquid provides highly effective stabilization of colorants, fragrances, antioxidants and UV filters. Some applications for this product include skin care, sun care, hair care and decorative cosmetics.

Eusolex® T-AVO inorganic UV filter is a fine, white powdered titanium dioxide silica. It is amphiphilic rutile type titanium dioxide allowing the formulation of high-end UVB and UVA sunscreens. A special silica coating provides increased compatibility and synergy with avobenzone/BMDBM. Suggested applications for this product are sun care, sun protection formulations for children and infants, sun care for sensitive and fair skin, daily skin care products and make-up and foundation creams with sun protection.

Eusolex® OCR organic UV filter is Octocrylene, a clear, viscous yellow liquid. Eusolex® OCR is oil soluble with excellent dissolving properties for solid organic UV filters. It is also a photostabilizer with brilliant photo stability. Eusolex® OCR is for use in any application including traditional sunscreens, daily moisturizers, and color cosmetics.
