CCRG conformal coating remover gel is a thixotropic gel which has been specifically formulated to remove Electrolube’s solvent resistant coatings: DCA, DCB, DCR, DCRT, DCE, WBP WBPS and PUC. The product does not contain methylene chloride.

AFA-S is a modified version of AFA. This ‘Spray’ grade Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating has been formulated for use in atomised spray applicators, and manual HVLP spray guns. AFA-S comes pre-mixed to the correct viscosity for these application methods and is a ‘ready for use’ product without requiring any further mixing by the operator.

2K550 flame-retardant abrasion resistant conformal coating is a solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the protection and properties of an encapsulation resin, while keeping the ease of application of a conformal coating. 2K550 is formulated for application using specially designed applicators from both PVA (VPX-2KS) and Nordson Asymtek (Latest in the AM Range) selective coating machines. 2K550 is applied more thickly than the average coating (150-350μm) providing excellent edge coverage over component leads and packages, while its extreme flexibility prevents cracking during thermal shock testing.

2K300 high temperature conformal coating is a highly elastic, solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coating. It has been carefully formulated to combine the best protection and properties of a resin, while keeping the ease of application and cost effectivness of a conformal coating. Applied more thickly than the average coating, it provides excellent edge coverage, even in tight spaces while its extreme flexibility offers protection even around delicate components.

Electrolube DCABL SCC3 Blue transparrent conformal coating is designed to offer excellent protection for electronics operating in harsh environments. Based on DCA, DCABL meets the highest defense standards in both Europe and the United States while offering easier inspection with a blue semi-opaque finish. DCABL is resistant to a wide variety of solvents including most solvents used in the aerospace and automotive industries and has a very wide operating temperature range making it an ideal choice for a wide variety of applications. It is also a highly flexible coating making it ideal for small or delicate components, while also maintaining protection through an extremely wide operating temperature range.

AFA-G is a more viscous / gel like version of the successful AFA acrylic conformal coating. It has been designed to be used alongside the other AFA coatings. AFA-G is intended to be dispensed around the base of connectors to act as a permanent masking material. This masking layer will help prevent the capillary flow of material into the connectors, which can cause loss insulation of tabs and loss of connectivity. In addition, the improved resistance to flow of AFA-G can be used to more clearly define difficult keep-out areas during selective coating. . It can also be used to re-enforce sharp edges of critical components which may otherwise be missed by less viscous materials during the coating process.

2K500 abrasion reisitant conformal coating is a hard, two-part polyurethane conformal coating system which provides the best protection properties of an encapsulation resin, with the ease of application of a conformal coating. It can be easily applied to provide excellent edge coverage, even areas with difficult geometries, this allows the highest levels of protection even in harsh environments. 2K500 is optically clear and maintains this clarity even after prolonged exposure to UV light making it a good choice to protect LED boards. It is also more abrasion resistant than 2K300 so it more suited to exposed applications.

AFA-F is a modified ‘Film Coat’ version of AFA Aromatic Free Acrylic conformal coating. It has been formulated as a ready for use product suitable for selected film coating machines. It is pre-mixed to the correct viscosity to use and does not require any further mixing – eliminating the margin for error involved when the machine operator is required to add solvent.

Electrolube 2K850 UV cure conformal coating is the latest addition to the 2K range of solvent-free two-part polyurethane conformal coatings. Using an innovative technology to combine the 2K technology with a UV cure mechanism 2K850 utilizes a faster processing time while still offering superb levels of protection. In addition to the UV cure, 2K850 has a consistent and reliable secondary chemical cure, even in shadow areas. In comparison to other single part UV conformal coatings, 2K850 is extremely efficient with a tack-free touch dry time of just a few minutes, and a full cure of just 24 hours, compared to the industry moisture cure average of about 8-14+ days, or requiring an additional thermal process of 1 hour curing at 120°C.

Electrolube 2KPB conformal coating reaction agent is required for Electrolube's innovative €˜2K' two part conformal coating systems and the next generation of UV Cure conformal coatings. Used in a similar fasion to traditional thinners, 2KPB0 is used at the correct mix ration during application via selective coating machine. Where 2KPB differs from the traditional thinner is that it contains the reaction agent required for the coating to commence curing, similar to how the Part B works in a resin system. Available in a 1 or 5 Liter, 2KPB is added to the 2K range Part A or the latest UVCL range, please check the TDS of the Product to see the suggested mix ratio's.
