Functions:
Defoamer
End Uses:
Metalworking Fluids
EFA Chemie Defoamer 1827 has been specially developed for foam control in biological wastewater treatment plants, especially in anaerobic treatment stages. Another area of application is metalworking, where the 1827 defoamer can either be added directly to the cooling lubricant as an additive or used for additional dosing during the actual metal treatment. Defoamer 1827 has also proved its worth in paint applications to combat foam in spray booths. The 1827 defoamer is a proprietary, non-ionic preparation of mineral oils and surfactants.

Algae Resistant
EFA Chemie Microbiocide 1850 is a broad spectrum biocide for the control of bacteria, fungi and algae in industrial cooling water systems. Microbiocide 1850 has the following advantages: Broad spectrum biocide for almost all microorganisms Effective even in low concentrations Effect is not disturbed by the presence of organic or inorganic substances in the water. Decomposition into non-toxic substances. Microbiocide 1850 must not be used in drinking water systems.
EFA CHEMIE Microbicide 1855
Functions:
Biocide
End Uses:
Cooling Towers
Applicable Processes:
Drinking Water Treatment, Industrial Water Treatment
EFA Chemie Microbicide 1855 is used as a disinfectant in industrial and waste water systems. It is used wherever halogen-based disinfectants (e.g. chlorine) can lead to undesirable side reactions (AOX formation). It can be used to sterilize industrial waste water, in spray booths, air washers and cooling towers. The product is also suitable for sulfate-reducing bacteria. Microbiocide 1855 is also approved for sterilizing/disinfecting drinking water. Microbiocide 1855 reduces algae formation and improves wastewater treatment plant operation.

Functions:
Defoamer
End Uses:
Solventborne Coating, Waterborne Coating
Labeling Claims:
Silicone-free
EFA Chemie Defoamer 1825 is a silicone-free product based on a mixture of alcohols and silicic acid derivatives. Defoamer 1825 is particularly suitable for defoaming aqueous paint systems (water-based paints) and plastic dispersions, but is also used successfully with solvent-based paints.
EFA CHEMIE Microbiocide 1856 Cxl
Functions:
Biocide
Applicable Processes:
Water Treatment
EFA Chemie Microbiocide 1856 CXL is an inorganic, liquid chlorine oxide solution (ClO2) that can be easily mixed with any water without leaving any residue. The product was specially developed for cleaning and deodorizing contaminated sludge or waste water. The basis for the excellent effect is the high oxidation potential of the product. Microbiocide 1856 CXL is suitable for use in slightly acidic, neutral and alkaline environments (pH range from 4-10).
EFA CHEMIE Defoamers 1808
Functions:
Defoamer
Applicable Processes:
Paper Manufacturing, Water Treatment
EFA Chemie Defoamer 1808 is a highly effective defoamer. which is used in many aqueous media. Excellent results have been achieved when used in soft water systems of paper machines and in waste water systems. Defoamer 1808 does not cause contamination in the treated systems. The product contains no mineral or silicone oils, waxes or silicates and breaks down into harmless components during waste water treatment. Defoamer 1808 is a combination of oxygenated hydrocarbons and esters
EFA CHEMIE Microbiocide 1856 C
Functions:
Biocide
Applicable Processes:
Water Treatment
EFA Chemie Microbiocide 1856 C is an inorganic, liquid chlorine dioxide solution (ClO2) that can be easily mixed with any water without leaving any residue. The product is primarily used to kill microorganisms due to its oxidative properties. In addition to the safe elimination of fungi, germs, bacteria, algae, biofilm and legionella, the product also meets the legally prescribed parameters in waste water.
EFA CHEMIE Defoamer 1800
Functions:
Defoamer
End Uses:
Plaster, Waterborne Adhesive, Latex, Waterborne Coating
EFA Chemie Defoamer 1800 is a product based on renewable raw materials. The product is excellent for matt, satin, water-based paints, water-based decorative paints, synthetic latex, organo-silicate based plasters and water-based adhesives. Defoamer 1800 retains its antifoam properties even after the finished paint has been stored for a long time. Defoamer 1800 is a mixture of hydrophobic components and natural oils.
EFA CHEMIE Defoam 1824
Functions:
Defoamer
Compatible Polymers & Resins:
Polyvinyl Acetate (PVA)
EFA Chemie Defoamer 1824 can be used in the production of coatings and printing inks as well as in emulsion polymerization processes. The product has proven particularly effective with paints based on polyvinyl acetate and pressure-sensitive adhesives. Another area of application is metalworking, where the defoamer can either be added directly to the cooling lubricant as an additive or used for additional dosing during the actual metalworking.
EFA CHEMIE Defoamers 1804
Functions:
Defoamer
Chemical Family:
Fatty Alcohols
EFA Chemie Defoamers 1804 is a aqueous emulsion based on fatty alcohols; exclusively for use in industry. Product for preventing, controlling and controlling foam in aqueous systems.
