Turf Maintenance: Apply 5 to 10 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. in 2 gal. of water every two to four weeks throughout the growing season— preferably in split applications. Kick may be mixed with most fertilizers and pesticides, enhancing the effectiveness of these materials and allowing for a reduction in their rates.
New Seeding: Apply 6 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. in a minimum of 2 gal. of water at time of seeding and again 4 to 6 weeks later. May be used with starter fertilizers.
Sod Installations: After laying sod, thoroughly soak with a dilution of 6 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. in at least 2 gal. of water. Repeat every 6 weeks for first year or two.
Compacted Soils: Use 8 oz. per 1000 sq. ft. in 5 gal. of water. Repeat application in one week. In times of heavy play, repeat this application process every 60 days.
Tree Soil Injection: Add 1 quart per 100 gal. to cover 3000 sq. ft. of root area and apply every 60 days. For stressed and damaged trees, reduce coverage to 1500 sq. ft. root area.
Landscaping Maintenance: Drench soil with 4 oz. in 2 gal. of water every 60 days. Avoid mixing with excessive phosphorus or sulfur containing materials. Always perform a bench test for compatibility.
