ChicoFibre Pellet is a co-product of the inulin production process. Chicory roots are cut in small strips and then washed with warm water. During the process inulin is extracted and the remaining pulp is pressed, dried and pelleted.

Spinach powder is a product obtained from fresh, washed, and sorted spinach. The spinach is dehydrated with hot air. After dehydration the spinach is sieved, milled and packed.

Sweet potato pellets originates from whole sweet potato. The sweet potatoes are washed, sliced, air dried and pelletized.

Green bean granulate originates from green beans for the food industry. It’s a co-product released during the processing of food grade green beans. The off-sized shapes are separated and collected. Then sliced, air dried and ground over a 4mm sieve.

PotaStarch Native is a co-product released during the slicing process of food grade potatoes. The starch gets into the process water and is collected, washed, purified and then air dried.

Dehydrated broccoli is a product obtained from fresh, washed and sorted broccoli. The raw material is blanched and cut before dehydration. The raw material is dehydrated mechanically with hot air and in hygienic environment. After dehydration broccoli pieces are sieved, sorted, milled and packed. The product contains 100% pure dehydrated broccoli without any additives.

Cornsteep (concentrated Corn Steep Liquor) is a co-product produced during the processing of corn into starch, gluten and oil. The liquid in which the maize kernel is steeped, is separated, concentrated and dried. Cornsteep contains the soluble fraction of the maize kernel like soluble proteins and minerals. Cornsteep dry is the same product but dried.

Corn gluten meal is a protein rich product, produced during the wet milling of maize to produce corn starch, glucose syrups or other starch derivates. The starch, germ and bran are removed from the maize kernel and what remains is a protein rich product. Can be used to partly replace animal-based proteins like fishmeal in aquafeed.

BeetFibre Zero is a co-product of the sugar production process. Sugar beets are cut in small strips and then washed with warm water. During the process sugar is extracted and the remaining pulp is pressed, dried and finally pelletized in 6mm pellets. No molasses is added during pelletizing.

AppleFibre is a fruit co-product from the apple juice or apple sauce production. After the production process, the remaining parts of the apple are collected, pressed, air dried and ground.

Pumpkin Flakes originates from whole pumpkins. The pumpkins are washed, sliced and air dried.

The off-sized shapes or top and bottom pieces are separated and collected. Then sliced, blanched and air dried. Carrot Cubes Premium have a nice orange color.

Duynie Ingredients PotaFibre Pellet is a co-product released during the production of starch from potatoes. The potatoes are washed and then ground into a potato mash. The mash is separated into starch, liquid protein and fibers. The fibers are pressed, air dried and pelleted.

Duynie Ingredients Chicolin-90i is produced from chicory roots. The chicory roots are cut in small strips and the strips are washed. During the process inulin is separated from the strips. The inulin is then refined and dried. Inulin is a non-digestible carbohydrate also called soluble dietary fiber that reaches the colon largely intact and evokes physiological functions, like improving the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gastrointestinal system. Chicolin-90i is produced in a food plant.

PotaPuree N is a co-product released during the production of potato specialties or potato flakes for human consumption. The potatoes are peeled and cut in pieces. The potato pieces are blanched, to gelatinize the starch, and mashed. During this process off spec, as well as start-up production puree is collected, air died and grinded.

The product contains 100% pure dehydrated parsnip without any additives.

PotaGranulate is a co-product released during the production of food grade granulate. During the granulate production process the product is constantly sieved. These sievings are collected, air dried and grinded. During the process most of the starch is gelatinized.

Tailor Made PotaBlends are blends with a combination of several high quality potato based products. Duynie Ingredients offers some permanent tailor made blends but we can also make tailor made blends specific on customer's request.

Dehydrated parsley stalks (Petroselinum crispum) are a co-product obtained by hot air machine dehydration and cleaning of fresh parsley of one sort. The product contains 100% pure dehydrated parsley without any additives. The stems are about 1-4cm long.
