GEL COAT IN-700 H/S* (COLOURLESS)

Gel Coat IN-700 H/S* (Colorless) is a premium quality gelcoat. It is enhanced UV-resistant decorative coating based on ISO/NPG unsaturated polyester resin, for “spray” (GELCOAT IN-700 S) and “hand” application (GELCOAT IN-700 H). The gelcoat could be tinted to any color in accordance with RAL cataloge or with your laminate sample.

Gelcoat is very effective when it is used in manufacturing of products that are exposed to weather, water and slightly aggressive chemicals at different temperatures.
Application:

  • Production of the first decorative layer of laminated flooring.
  • Production of bathroom and lavatory equipment.
  • Production of faсade elements.
  • Production of car parts.
  • Production of boats.
  • It is designed for production of fiberglass boats and other watercraft, manufacture of swimming pools and other products constantly exposed to water and sunlight.

Correct application is the key factor of getting a nice and high-quality product. Gelcoat is applied in order to give a necessary color and gloss and protective properties to the product. Temperature of equipment and materials should be 20-23ºC. Recommended peroxide dose is 1,3-2,0%.
