Drew Paints 21LF003 DrewShield II High Solids Acrylic Polyurethane

INTENDED USE

 Recommended for OEM, heavy equipment, marine and industrial structures where solvent and abrasion resistance is required.

SURFACE PREPARATION
 Surfaces that are to be coated must be clean, dry and free of surface contaminants.
MIXING

•  DrewShield II Acrylic Polyurethane 6 Parts
•  DrewShield Polyurethane Catalyst 1 Parts
•  If necessary: Thin up to 35% with DrewShield Polyurethane Thinner

THINNING

 Do not exceed regulatory limits

• Brush/Roll – Not normally required, recommended no more than 10% reduction with 8056 Urethane Reducer.
• Airless Spray – If required 5-10% of 8059 Urethane Spray Reducer (½ pint per gallon)
• Conventional – Reduce up to 20% or as needed with 8056 Urethane Spray Reducer.

APPLICATION

• Airless – recommended tip sizes (.015-.018)
• Conventional – Binks Model 2001 or equivalent
• HVLP – Binks Model Mach 1
• Brush/Roll – Small areas only

• 52 Series Epoxy Mastic
