Dober Chemical Corp. OCA-2M is a single component additive used to blend a heavy duty extended life coolant/antifreeze. This advanced organic acid technology provides maximum protection against damaging rust and corrosion in transportation cooling systems.

Dober Chemical Corp. OCA-2M

Dober Chemical Corp. WCA-M is a single component additive system used to blend light-duty, extended life coolants meeting ASTM D3306 standards. This additive package contains extended life corrosion inhibitors based on organic acids and provides maximum protection against damaging rust and corrosion in engine cooling systems. This inhibitor package is free of nitrite, amine, phosphate and silicate. Coolants made from WCA-M are suitable for European, Asian, and American automobiles which require phosphate and silicate free coolants.

Dober Chemical Corp. UCA-4 is a single component additive package that is used to make premium quality antifreeze, for use in light duty applications. It contains highly effective inhibitors designed to provide corrosion protection for metals such as cast iron, copper, solder, steel and aluminum. Antifreeze made using UCA-4 requires the addition of Supplemental Coolant Additives (SCA’s) when used in diesel engine applications.

Dober Chemical Corp. fCA-6 Green is a single component additive package that is used to make premium quality antifreeze, which is designed for use in heavy duty diesel engines that contains a chemical inhibitor system, which is borate Based, with nitrite to protect diesel engines from liner pitting and corrosion. Antifreeze made using fCA-6 Green is low silicate, contains a full charge of heavy duty chemical inhibitors, and is compatible with SCA chemical filters. Antifreezes formulated with borate/nitrite chemistry are recommended for use in caterpillar, detroit diesel, cummins and other heavy-duty diesel engines.

Dober Chemical Corp. TR81160 is a borate/nitrite inhibitor treatment, provides superior corrosion and scale protection for today’s modern diesel engine. TR81160 contains a complete corrosion inhibitor system that protects not only yellow metals, cast iron and steel in your system, but aluminum and solder as well. This feature lowers maintenance down time and part replacement costs. The effective deposit inhibitor in TR81160 works to prevent scale should your make-up water contain some hardness. Prevention of scale results in improved oil cooler and engine block heat transfer, providing better flow rates, cooler operating temperatures, and reduced maintenance costs. Plugged radiator passages from scale that has broken loose cease to be a problem.

Dober Chemical Corp. D16 (Auto/Light-Duty) is a single component additive system used to blend Auto/Light-duty, extended life coolants meeting ASTM D3306 standards. This additive package contains extended life corrosion inhibitors based on organic acids and provides maximum protection against damaging rust and corrosion in engine cooling systems. This inhibitor package is free of nitrite, amine, phosphate and silicate. This patent pending technology does not use 2EH acid nor any other organic acid that is aggressive to hoses and gaskets.

Dober Chemical Corp. TR81167 is a borate/nitrite cooling water treatment, provides superior corrosion and scale protection for today’s modern locomotive and marine diesel engine. Dober TR81167 contains a complete corrosion inhibitor system that protects not only the yellow metals, cast iron and steel in your system, but aluminum and solder as well. This feature lowers maintenance down time and part replacement costs. The effective deposit inhibitor in Dober TR81167 works to prevent scale should your make-up water contain some hardness. This hybrid organic acid technology (HOAT) provides protection against damaging rust and corrosion in automobile and truck cooling systems, including American, Asian, and European vehicles. This additive package is formulated to be phosphate-free, and does not contain 2-Ethylhexanoic acid (2EH).

Dober Chemical Corp. D17-A is a single component additive system used to blend light-duty, extended life coolants meeting ASTM D3306 standards. This additive package contains extended life corrosion inhibitors based on organic acids and provides maximum protection against damaging rust and corrosion in engine cooling systems. This inhibitor package is free of nitrite, amine, phosphate, silicate, and borate. This patent pending technology does not use 2EH acid nor any other organic acid that is aggressive to hoses and gaskets. Coolants made from D17-A are suitable for use in late model passenger cars and light-duty trucks.
