DISSCO® 521 Premium Grade Non-Fibered Foundation Coating is a non-fibered asphalt base coating designed for use as a below grade foundation damp-proofing for applications where a high-water content or hydro-static pressure is not present. It is designed to prevent moisture and/or dampness that may naturally be present in the soil from penetrating a foundation wall providing corrosion protection and preventing the damp or musty feeling common to many basements. For applications where a high moisture content, hydrostatic head or high-water table is present it is recommended to upgrade to a true waterproofing compound. It will adhere to almost any material such as concrete, masonry block, wood, steel, plastic, and many other surfaces.

DISSCO® 551 Non-Fibered Roof Coating is a ready to use, non-fibered asphalt base coating of heavy paint consistency, manufactured with high grade industrial type blown asphalts and industrial grade solvents compounded with special slow drying, penetrating weatherproofing oils. It is specially formulated for priming all dried out asphalt based composition roof surfaces to re-saturate and revitalize the old felt to a full-bodied, uniform, weatherproof base for proper application of DISSCO 550 Fibered Roof Coating. DISSCO 551 is inert to mild acids and alkali, chemically inert, non-poisonous and non-toxic when used as directed.

DISSCO® 591 Pipe Coating is a non-fibered bituminous coating for coating steel pipe and steel pilings and weld plates that is to be installed in subsurface installations. It improves the dielectric resistance and is impervious to salts and alkali that readily attack underground piping, leading to eventual metal fatigue and failure. DISSCO® 591 dries to a semi-hard black surface that allows for tack free handling and decreases friction associated with pile driving or horizontal pipe placement. DISSCO® 591 is manufactured with high grade hard pen industrial type asphalts, fast drying solvents formulated together with special additives that allows the DISSCO® 591 to adhere to steel pipe much more readily than most other products available today.

DISSCO® 501 Primer is a thin non-fibered asphalt base compound designed to be used as a primer for hot applied waterproofing materials and/or polymer modified rolled sheet products. It may also be used with almost any other product requiring an asphalt base primer. It is manufactured using the highest quality industrial grade materials available to produce the best primer possible. It is manufactured using industrial grade blown asphalts and slow drying aliphatic solvents that enable the primer to thoroughly penetrate the surface being primed allowing for better adhesion of the material being applied to it.

DISSCO® 721 Emulsified Non-Fibered Foundation Coating is a cationic slow setting emulsified bitumen designed for use as a below grade foundation damp-proofing compound for applications where it is desired to prevent dampness or moisture that may be present in below-grade applications from penetrating the foundation, thus preventing the damp feeling common to most basements. However, where a high water content or hydrostatic pressure is present the coating to be used should be upgraded to a true waterproofing compound. It is suitable for use on almost any material such as concrete, masonry block, Styrofoam block, wood, steel, plastic. It is environmentally friendly containing no solvents. It is ready to use, no mixing or thinning is necessary and no heating required.

UNIQUE® Overhead & Vertical repair Mortar is a volume stable special blend of Pozzolanic Cement, proprietary ingredients and blended polymers.

Unique® High Performance Fast Setting Mortar is a blend of hydraulic cement, graded silica sand and performance-enhancing additives.

DISSCO® 511 Paint Base is a thin non-fibered asphalt base compound designed to be used in the manufacture of asphalt base pigmented paints. It is manufactured from the highest quality industrial grade blown asphalt and mineral spirits available to produce the best paints possible. It is made with slow drying solvents that enable the pigments to have more time to leaf out, therefore producing a brighter paint. It will produce a tough but pliable coating therefore producing a product that will last several years.
