Pepper comes in many colors, green, black, red and white but all comes from the same plant, the color is related to how ripe it is and how it has been processed. We source our organic pepper directly from out sourcing project in Cambodia and from Tanzania, our white pepper is sourced from India.

Caraway is often confused with cumin. These two spices can be distinguished by color (caraway is darker), size (cumin has larger seed) and taste (caraway is less spicy). Our Organic Caraway seed is imported from Lithuania and Egypt.

Madagascar is the origin from where we ship our Organic Vanilla. The flower that produces the vanilla bean lasts only one day. The beans are hand-picked and then cured, wrapped, and dried in a process that takes 4 to 6 months.
