Features & Benefits
- Animal Feed & Nutrition Features
- Features
- To stimulate water consumption and maintain balance of body fluids of horses during times of stress. Heat stress in mature horses can occur at 80-82° F. At that point the horse will reduce feed intake and increase water consumption.
- Horses reduce heat stress by sweating and breathing more rapidly. Horses that are working during warm weather can lose 0.25 gallon or more of water per 100 lbs. of body weight in a very short period of time.
- When a horse sweats it is also losing electrolytes that are essential in keeping cells healthy by maintaining normal fluid levels within the cell. Streseez ® for Horses supplies the needed electrolytes to maintain healthy cells.
