We are proud of our standing as the first admixture company developed being dedicated solely to the Mobile (Volumetric/On-site) Mix Industry. DNC 100 HE is an accelerator antifreeze, which, when mixed with the cement, gives off exothermic heat lowering the freezing point. DNC 100 HE is a chloride solution of calcium and concentration of nitrates with a powerful wetting agent.

DRB 435 is a purified CL-based product used in a wide variety of organic and inorganic industrial binding applications including the agglomeration of limestone, coal, ceramics, and fertilizer, dust control of unpaved roads and stockpiles, and as a low-cost dispersant of various substrates including gypsum and concrete.

SUPERFLO 1443SCC is a faster setting high-range water-reducing admixture using new and superior technology for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placing and finishing of precast or prestressed concrete that is highly flowable and workable with greatly accelerated strength and setting characteristics.

DNS 166 is a multi-component, chloride-free, water-reducing accelerator for concrete. It promotes higher early and ultimate strengths, as it can be used year-round, even with temperatures below freezing. Concrete using DNS 166, which is placed in colder weather, maintains normal setting times without the introduction of chloride-bearing components. DNS 166 is especially effective to use in prestressed concrete repair, prestressed concrete, concrete bridge decks, pre-cast, site-cast and all steel-reinforced concrete, concrete over metal decking and roof systems, and concrete subject to 20°F temperatures.

DNL 785 is a reformulated version of DarCole Products’ original DNL 902. DNL 785 is a water-reducing admixture developed for on-site continuous type mixers. DNL 785 is a special blend of DNL 485 and DWR 385. DNL 785 has various uses for all types of mixers because of its rapid integrating characteristics and the ability to be used in the water supply system. DNL 785 decreases water/cement ratios while increasing the quality of the cement, improving slump loss, splashing, shrinkage, segregation, and stabilizing the volume. DNL 785 has many of the same characteristics of the previous DNL 902, however, DNL 785 increases flowability, pumpability, and workability while reducing more water. DNL 785 is also applicable with pervious concrete applications.

DWR 385R is a non-chloride, midrange water-reducing, retarding admixture for concrete. It is designed to facilitate the placking and finishing of concrete while providing control over the set time.

DNL 485 is a water-reducing admixture for on-site continuous type mixers. The New Generation DNL 485 has various uses for all types of mixers because of its rapid integrating characteristics and the ability to be used in the water supply system. DNL 485 decreases water/cement ratios while increasing the quality of the cement, improving slump loss, splashing, shrinkage, segregation and stabilizing the volume. It greatly enhances pumping and also helps control false set.

DWR 385 is a water-reducing, accelerating admixture that blends with Portland cement, increasing the cementitious cohesive power of Portland cement, which in turn enables the cement particles to hydrate more thoroughly in hardened concrete. This chemical reaction between DWR 385 and Portland cement results in improved strength, finish ability, durability and appearance.
