LIOCRYL AM 432 is an aqueous pure acrylic emulsion that is fine-particle size and solvent- and plasticiser-free. LIOCRYL AM 483 is an aqueous, pure acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is a Melamine oder Polyisocyanate crosslinkable pure acrylic emulsion, neutralized with DMEA. It has applications in automotive OEM coatings, textile manufacturing, leather manufacturing, metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

The film dries above the film formation temperature to give a clear coating, shows little tendency to swell in water, and has high saponification resistance. Because of these properties, Liocryl AS 320 is especially suitable for the production of outdoor paints and plastic-bound plasters, as well as for impregnating and priming brickwork and sanding plasters. LIOCRYL AS 640 is an aqueous hydroxyfunctional acrylic emulsion, solvent- and plasticiser-free. It is suitable for the formulation of fast-drying aqueous 2-pack top coats with high gloss and good chemical resistance. The emulsion requires the addition of coalescents for proper film formation. LIOCRYL AS 680 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking styrene acrylic emulsion. Used as a sole binder, it has good adhesion properties on plastics, and its resistance against ethanol and petrol is also good. It is particularly suitable for the formulation of 1C wood coatings, especially in combination with appropriate Liopur polyurethane dispersions. LIOCRYL XAM 5134 is an aqueous, self-crosslinking pure acrylic emulsion that is solvent- and plasticiser-free.
