Functions:Anti-Tack Agent

Calford® H-780 is an aqueous dispersion of clays, metallic soaps, and additives. It can be used as an anti-stick agent for rubber. This product is not considered hazardous by the 2012 OSHA Hazard Communication Standard (29 CFR 1910.1200).

Calford® R-252 - Smurfite

Calford® R-252 - Smurfite is a mixture of silicates and surfactants. It can be used as an anti-stick agent for rubber. The product appears as a solid grey powder with a slight odor and is appreciably soluble in water.

Calford® WB is an ethylene bis stearamide (EBS) wax (C38H76O2N2) in beaded (WB) form, produced using vegetable based stearic acid. It is primarily used as an internal and external lubricant for polymers such as polyethylene, polypropylene, ABS, polystirene, PVC, and phenols. It can also be used in coating and ink applications as dispersants and matting agents.
