EMULTROL CP-2360

EMULTROL CP-2360 is an anionic wax polymer dispersion. This product is used as additive in aqueous coating systems. It is an optimal additive at the production of varnishes, coating materials, inks, textile and leather finishings. EMULTROL CP-2360 is very suitable as surface polish. It prevents the contamination because of its protection layer and it is good water-repellent. You can use these properties for protection coatings at vehicles, transport coating for structural elements and machine parts as well as for the coating of foods. Especially interesting is that EMULTROL CP-2360 fulfills the food regulatories and can have contact with food.

The emulsion is added to the aqueous dispersion and coating materials. A good contability and shear-stability is given at the creation of the mixture. The additional quantities depend on the application. In the aqueous coatings a good effect is achieved at the additional quantities in the area of 0,5-5% in the total formulations. In order to achieve shiny, smooth surfaces on already existing surfaces, EMULTROL CP-2360 can be applied and spreaded directly on the coating surfaces. At the production of leather a so-called fat grip surface can be achieved for the finishing and the gloss grade can be increased considerably.

EMULTROL CP-2360 is well compatible with all aqueous dispersions and binding agent systems in a wide pH area. For the further dilution of the product, water or organic solvents can be used, depending on the application. The compatibility is given well with other additives and fillers in the coating products.

Precautions

Do not store outdoors. Aqueous product. Protect from frost to avoid irreversible damages. Keep in sealed containers at temperatures between 15°C and 30°C. Before the opening of the containers, stir them well.
