DANOLIN

The name CBR comes from the English ‘Cocoa Butter Replacer. Danec CBR are fats designed to replace cocoa lard in chocolate type products and chocolate spread. They are partially compatible with cocoa lard. The products produced with this fats do not require special temperature treatment and present a relative good compatibility with other fats, for example when to you formulate products with nuts and milk fat. It also has a high resistance of fat bloom, conserving its glow during storage. Variety of different CBR available; with different qualities, characteristics and for different applications: CBR 6434, CBR 3435, CBR T-2340 y CBR-LT (low trans).

DANFAT LAC 5430 is called Ice-cream Lard D.P. (Double purpose).This fat is mainly used to substitute, partially or totally, milk fat (MSF) in ice-cream dough. Also, to elaborate chocolate covering for ice-cream.

DANFAT PMF 8330 Y PMF 8332 are medium palm fractions with different fusion points, in accordance to client needs. No Hydronated, free of fatty acids “trans”, GMO free.

DANOLIN FRYSNACKS 2324 IS resistant to high temperature long time frying Because of its high stability against oxidation and resistance to heat change. Its recommended to be used on deep fryers for the production of snacks.

Danec CBA/CBS/CLC products are cocoa lard substitutes, produced with 100% vegetable fat that contain a high percentage lauric fatty acids. They are lauric fats, refined, bleached and deodorized. Free of trans-fats, suitable for human consumption. DANFAT CBS and CBA are hard and shiny fats designed to substitute cocoa lard in Chocolate type products and chocolate spread. The products elaborated with this fats do not need special conditioning treatment or temperate. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation. It also has a high resistance of fat bloom, conserving its glow during storage. CBS and CBA are used in combination with cocoa powder with low fat content in what is known as Compounds.

DANFAT IND 5327 is Fat for ice-cream and cold products production. It can be incorporated to ice-cream mix or to ice-cream covers.

DANFAT CON 8337 is Edible produced from medium palm oil fractions (PMF), non hydronated, refined, bleached, deodorized, free of fatty acids “trans”. Suitable for human consumption. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.

Danec MILHOJAS is Croissant type bread. It is Excellent for pasting in the production of flakey pastry paste and Half flakey pastry.

DANFAT GAL – B5 is Edible fat non hydronated produced from select palm oil fractions and Sioma oil, free of fatty acids “trans” and free form genetically modified materials. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.
