DAIFREE is based on the fluoro technology offering efficient demolding performances for elastomers and plastics. Besides high precision release, they contribute to solving molders productivity and consistency as they limit residue on parts, are applicable rapidly at a thin thickness and reduce mold cleaning cycles. Features of DAIFREE include Excellent mold releasing capability, Very thin, dry film of 0,1 – 1,0 μm thickness, Oil repellency, Stain-proofing properties, Improves molding efficiency, Lowers defect ratio, Improves molding precision and Continued releasing capability.

DAI-EL differs in its synthetic pathway (production method) from natural rubber, which is synthetized internally in plants, and diene rubber, which uses oil as a raw material, and is a fluoroelastomer that exhibits exceptionally sophisticated qualities.DAI-EL features a tactile sensation that feels good when touched. Because of its extremely high durability due to the performance of the fluorine compound, DAI-El fluoroelastomers have a physical property that resists quality deterioration. This allows the material to maintain its appearance and texture through long-term use.In using Daikin’s own tone technology, an assortment of colors is available.

ZEFFLE Series consist of water based and solvent based resin system for high-performance coatings. They are designed to meet most severe outside specifications for building and heavy duty constructions. Beyond film performance, ZEFFLE series offer versatile applications mode while drastically reducing maintenance operation. ZEFFLE range is composed of: 1. ZEFFLE GK: a solvent-based binder for the demanding specification and extreme conditions 2. ZEFFLE SE: a water-based resin, formulated to meet low VOC regulation. DAIKIN developed this full range of binders offer several options to formulators looking for:Exceptional weatherability, Water and soil repellency, Resistance to corrosion, Dirt pick-up, Adhesion to a wide range of substrates, Heat resistance, Chemical resistance and VOC regulation compliance.


ZEFFLE

UNIDYNE water and oil repellents impart excellent water and oil repellency as well as stain release during laundering, all while maintaining the original qualities of the treated substrate.This fluoro technology offers the best inherent properties of both types of repellents. Daikin Chemicals completed this range with Stain Release agents which are a combination of fluorine and hydrophilic functional groups. This Stain Release agent does not only impart water or oil repellency but also facilitate stains removal from fabrics when washed. It makes of UNIDYNE, the industry brand leader for valuable-performance barrier agents that perform listed below, amongst other: - Water repellency - Oil and grease repellency - Alcohol resistance - Soil resistance - Easy to clean property - Solvent / IPA / Alcohol repellency - Diesel resistance - water, alcohol and soil repellency - Glue resistance
