Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 5418 is formulated to meet the demands of high performance shops requiring far more than the average screw machine/ cutting oil (especially high speed Swiss style machines). The proprietary additive chemistries used in CG 5418 impart lubricity and machinability characteristics that supersede those found in other cutting oils. CG 5418 has proven itself especially useful in the manufacture of medical implants and those shops wishing to machine difficult metals.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 5360 is a unique combination of extreme pressure agents, corrosion inhibitors, and ester additives that provide excellent cutting and grinding performance in multiple operations on all types of steels, including stainless. This transparent oil enables the operator to better observe the work in progress, and it has very low misting and odor characteristics as well.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4230 is a rust preventative formulated to protect parts stored indoors for up to 1 year. The product has good water displacing characteristics (CG 4230 will rapidly separate from water and displace moisture from metal surfaces after machining operations or after alkali cleaning), is non-staining, and is practically odorless. CG 4230 is a solvent cutback which works by depositing a thin, transparent, polar film over the parts after the solvent evaporates. The coating is not easily fractured and possesses residual protective characteristics, even if part of the compound is wiped or rubbed from the metal surface. Due to surface-active characteristics in CG 4230, the coating will creep over uneven or unclean surfaces to insure a continuous film. It can thus be used on porous metals and parts with deep crevices, insuring 100% coverage.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids Anti Foam C-2 is a concentrate defoamer used sump side to eliminate foam problems. Unlike most anti foams, the molecular structure of AF C-2 is such that the product is extremely shear stable. Therefore, AF C-2 can be used at lower treatment levels, and can be used less often.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids Microlube is formulated with a proprietary blend of additives that have been carefully selected to enhance metalworking operations. This product has been used successfully by many in the aerospace industry (see approval below) to perform such operations as machining, drilling, tapping, boring, and sawing (especially exotic metals).

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4250 is a light oil film rust preventative designed to protect parts stored indoors for up to 1 year. The light oil coating is not easily disturbed during shipping and handling and possesses residual protective characteristics even if part of the compound is wiped or rubbed from the metal surface. Due to surface-active ingredients, the coating will creep over uneven or unclean surfaces to insure a continuous film. Thus it can be used on porous metals and parts with deep crevices insuring 100% coverage.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids Kool Kut 122 is a low foaming micro emulsion coolant formulated with a specialized blend of nano- particle, extreme pressure additives. The utilization of these nano-technologies enables us to form clean and stable emulsions, while at the same time providing an excellent source of lubricity for today’s aluminum alloys, tool steels, stainless, and cast iron. Additionally, Kool Kut 122 is exceptionally stable in many types of water, thus keeping the machine tool surfaces clean and residue free. The emulsion stability of Kool Kut 122 works well with many styles of skimmers and filtration equipment and the coolant will readily reject tramp oil and other lubricant contaminants. The culmination of these attributes makes for a coolant that is very bio-stable and has a high degree of operator acceptance.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids CG 4245 is an oil base, thin film preservative. Ideal for use when parts have been processed through water solutions or exposed to high humidity. It is practically odorless, and does not contain any solvents or mineral spirits, thus making the product a very low VOC product.

Cutting and Grinding Fluids Multicut 68 is formulated with a special blend of extreme pressure additives and wetting agents, the combination of which provides superior performance in high speed grinding operations. Additionally, the lighter viscosity of MultiCut 68 enables the fluid to more effectively cool the work piece while at the same time increasing the effectiveness of filtration. The combination of these attributes makes MultiCut 68 an excellent choice for grinding multi metals for gears, aerospace parts, and other difficult to grind alloys. MultiCut 68 has proven particularly effective for grinding Ttitanium, REX 76, M-2, M-4, and various other grades of tool steels and stainless steels.
