Crodateric™ CADP 38

Crodateric™ CADP 38, which is inorganic and salt free, exhibits an unusual tolerance and compatibility for high electrolyte and alkaline systems. It has the ability to solubilize other surfactants into these high electrolyte systems. Extremely stable liquid detergent concentrates containing linear alkyl benzene sulfonate and high levels of NaOH, KOH, metasilicate and/or liquid silicates can be prepared with CRODATERIC CADP 38 as the hydrotrope. If desired, phosphates such as TKPP can also be included. At the same time, CRODATERIC CADP 38 will improve the detergent and wetting properties of these systems. In many systems 25- 50% CRODATERIC CADP 38 will be required as other commonly used hydrotropes such as sodium xylene sulfonate.
