Black Polyimide Film : Black polyimide film exhibits excellent physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range. The homogeneous pigmentation provides better color integrity against flexural cracking or abrasion in comparison to black coatings or dyes.

Black polyimide film exhibits an excellent balance of physical, chemical, and electrical properties over a wide temperature range, with superior dimensional stability at elevated temperatures. These characteristics make it ideal for use in many industrial applications where opacity, low reflectivity, or esthetics are required. Black polyimide film can also be loaded with conductive carbons to produce films with surface resistivity, making it electrically conductive or static dissipative. Great for ESD or anti-static applications. The resistive property is throughout the bulk of the film, so it cannot be cracked, rubbed off or otherwise easily damaged, as is often the case with surface coatings or metallizations. Also available with adhesive, Black Polyimide Tape.
