Conductive Composites Nickel Coated Fibers - Precision Coated & Converted Fibers (PC2F) 1CC1PC-0.15 is a highly uniform, conductive short fiber format in lengths from 3mm to 100µm. PC2F is a high-performance conductive and structural fiber with superior handling properties and excellent conductivity/shielding capabilities that is both lighter and longer than typical nickel coated graphite formats. Through our proprietary Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) coating process, fibers are coated with a very thin, robust, and ductile film of pure nickel. Due to their precise lengths and easy dispersion, PC2F is a very effective and economical conductive additive. With a wide range of available nickel coating levels and lengths, our easily dispersible conductive short fiber format is perfectly suited for conductive gaskets, elastomer, sealants, adhesives, paints, and other coatings.
