Cola® Quat ISD

Cola®Quat ISD is an effective, anionic compatible quaternary conditioner. It is based on isostearic acid and is sold in an anhydrous, inert solvent. It is approximately 75% active and can be used in a variety of household and personal care products to add lubricity and antistatic properties. Clear, conditioning shampoos and body cleansers can be formulated with Cola®Quat ISD, along with hand cleaners other bath products. Cola®Quat ISD may also be used as an antistatic agent. In shampoos and body wash products, use 0.3 to 1.0% depending on the degree of conditioning desired. In hair conditioner products, about 0.5 to 1.0% are typical use levels.
