CIP Composites CIP151A is one of our most commonly used materials due to its ability to provide excellent performance in a wide range of applications and environments. 100% polyester material (textile and resin) with the solid lubrication additives PTFE and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) evenly dispersed throughout the resin. Enhancement A is added, increasing the overall strength and reduce friction and wear.

CIP Composites CIP251A is ideal material option in high load, slow oscillating or linear slide motion applications. Manufactured with polyester and PTFE combined textile and a polyester resin with the solid lubricants PTFE and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) evenly dispersed throughout the resin system.

CIP Marine™ is manufactured with polyester textile and a high performance polyester resin with solid lubricants PTFE and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) evenly dispersed throughout the resin. Typically used as propeller shaft and rudder bushings. CIP Marine is a proprietary material specifically developed for marine environments. This combination of resin reinforced with textile creates a dimensionally stable material ideal for replacing bronze in marine environments.

CIP Composites CIP252A is a proprietary material made specifically for marine environments. Typically used as propeller shaft and rudder bushings and is recommended in sand and silty environments. Manufactured with polyester and PTFE combined textile and a high grade marine polyester resin with the solid lubrication additives PTFE and molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) evenly dispersed throughout the resin. This combination of resin reinforced with textile creates a dimensionally stable material ideal for replacing bronze in marine environments.

CIP Composites CIP121 is a commonly used in general industrial applications, wet or dry, where high shock or edge loading is anticipated. 100% polyester material (textile and resin) with the solid lubricants molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) evenly dispersed throughout the resin system.

CIP Composites CIP333A has dimensional stability in high temperatures (up to 400° F) and offers excellent chemical resistance. Manufactured with meta-aramid textile and a high temperature vinyl ester resin with the solid lubricant PTFE evenly dispersed throughout the resin system.
