Resin of LTP ZW-3000 serials is crystal whisker reinforced materials with wear-resisting property based on high molecular weight linear PPS. Its characteristics are as following:
- Elevated temperature property：long run under 180-220 ℃；
- Self-lubricating property：work for long time without any lubrication additive under usage temperature；
- Resistance to solvent：not swelling in oil, organic solvent, especially in gasoline, diesel oil, alcohols and aromatic series esters；
- High thermal conduction：the heat by friction can transfer through metal parts or air when used under elevated temperature。
