Chem-Ecol Lubecoat 101

Lubecut 101 is to be used undiluted for moderate duty cutting and grinding operations and is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Lubecut 101 is especially suited for multi-spindle screw machines and turret lathes and is excellent for gear hobbing and thread cutting. It can be used for difficult machining operations using high tensile and alloy steels with outstanding penetration and heat removal, which improves part accuracy and tool life. Lubecut 101 is a chlorine free cutting oil with reduced oil misting properties, which improves plant safety and housekeeping.
