Cascade US is a dual purpose hop. It has a unique floral/spicy aroma due to abnormal levels of some of the essential oils. Popular with some brewers due to the unique character imparted to the finished beer, others object to it because of its “perfume like” hoppy flavor.

Bullion is a bittering hop used in brewing. It can be used as a substituent for Brewers Gold, Galena, Columbus, Chinook, Northern Brewer.

Azacca® is a dual purpose hop. Azacca®, named for the Haitian god of agriculture, is a hop big in citrus and tropical fruit notes. Its excellent aromatic qualities have quickly made Azacca® a go-to hop for late and dry hop additions in varying styles of beer. It is used for both bittering and aroma.

Belma® is a dual purpose hop. It can be used for both bittering and aroma.

Agnus is a high alpha acid hop. Agnus has been compared in various sources to Magnum, Nugget, Target and Columbus. According to the Hop Growers Union of the Czech Republic brewing results has shown that it has a better effect on beer stability. This makes it good for export beers and for German style lagers as well as Pilsners.

Apollo™ is a very good high alpha hop great for bittering. It can be used as a substituent for Columbus, Nugget and Zeus.

Bravo is an excellent bittering hop that provides pleasant fruity and floral aroma characteristics. It also gives bitterness to hop.

Centennial is a dual purpose hop. Centennial hops are an experimental variety which is under evaluation by UK and US brewers. They have quite floral qualities similar to that of Cascade.

Chelan is a bittering hop.it is high in alpha and beta acids.

Amarillo® is a dual purpose hop. It can be used as both a bittering and aroma hop.
