The Company quickly became a well-known research innovator and leader in the medical, nutrition, and health and wellness sectors. The Company developed ingredient production protocols that opened up entire new industries in India and Asia Cepham’s first venture into food ingredients involved the production of commercially used dairy protein and other milk-derived ingredients. Then, in the mid-1990s, as DSHEA was established in the United States and Europe grew increasingly interested in natural modalities, Cepham saw the opportunity to further diversify their portfolio. Their existing manufacturing facilities provided all the core infrastructure required to expand and build an Ayurvedic ingredient research and production plant.
