CarbonResin™ DPR 10 is a material for dental model production. Carbon’s DPR 10 resin is ideally suited for dental models and dies, featuring high accuracy, and fast printability. It is available in a stone color appropriate for dental and orthodontic use. DPR 10 can also be reclaimed allowing for cost-effective use.

CarbonResin™ EPU 41 is a production-scale elastomeric material that is especially well-suited for elastomeric lattices where high resiliency is needed. EPU is our elastomeric material family. Its combination of tear strength, energy return, and elongation makes it perfect for cushioning, impact absorption, vibration isolation, gaskets, and seals. EPU 41 is our production-grade elastomeric material. EPU 41 has higher resilience (energy return) and better retention of elastomeric properties than EPU 40 at temperatures &gt; -10°C. Offered only in 5-L bulk packaging, EPU 41 will require MMD (meter, mix, and dispense) equipment for proper dispensing of the material in bulk quantities.

Rigid Polyurethane is our most versatile rigid material family. It is used across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, automotive, and industrial. RPU is comparable to ABS.

CarbonResin™ RPU 60 is a tough, abrasion-resistant material that is a good choice for parts that require rigidity, strength, and durability. Rigid Polyurethane is our most versatile rigid material family. It is used across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, automotive, and industrial. RPU is comparable to ABS.

CarbonResin™ MPU 100 ofers a unique combination of mechanical strength, biocompatibility, and sterilizability. MPU 100 is Carbon’s first medical-grade material, designed to help medical product manufacturers accelerate product development cycles and improve the quality of their products. Similar to Carbon’s rigid polyurethane materials, MPU 100 is a two component material that produces isotropic parts with fine features.

CarbonResin™ MPU 100

CarbonResin™ EPX 82 combines functional toughness, stiffness, and temperature resistance making it useful in a variety of automotive, industrial, and consumer applications. EPX 82 is a high-strength engineering material with excellent long-term durability and mechanical properties comparable to lightly glass-filled thermoplastics (e.g. 20% GF-PBT, 15% GF-Nylon). EPX 82 has a heat deflection temperature ranging from 104°C to 130°C (depending on conditioning) and the functional toughness required for a variety of automotive and industrial applications such as connectors, brackets, and housings.

CarbonResin™ CE 221 is a high performance material with excellent strength, stiffness, and temperature resistance (231 °C). CE is comparable to glass-filled nylon.

CarbonResin™ RPU 70 is a tough, heat resistant material that is a good choice for parts requiring strength, toughness, and moderate heat resistance. Rigid Polyurethane is our most versatile rigid material family. It is used across a wide range of industries, including consumer products, automotive, and industrial. RPU is comparable to ABS. RPU 70 has a UL 94 HB flame resistance classification.
