Antimony trioxide is the most performant flame retardant synergist in combination with halogens. It is also used as a solid state polycondensation catalyst for PET bottles and in pigment applications. In addition to antimony trioxide, Campines Specialty Chemical Business offers a range of halogen containing and halogen free flame retardant masterbatches. They are effective in Electric and Electronic applications, in Building and construction and in Automotive applications. These masterbatches are a ready-to-use solution for all thermoplastic polymers that need a flame retardant performance.

MASTERTEK 4205459

Campine XP is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 0.8-1.0 μm. Campine XP is the core grade to be used as additive into pigments. The XP–grade is also suitable as synergist for halogenated flame retardants in sensitive cable applications and plastics for electric &amp; electronic applications.

Campine Z is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 8-13 μm. The Z–grade is the core grade as synergist for PVC in film applications where tranparancy is requested for tentcovers and banners. It also functions as Cr VI- reducing additive in cement.

Campine LT is a very consistent and controlled Antimony trioxide grade with average particle size between 2.0-2.5 μm. The LT– grade has a larger particle size to minimize the tinting in PVC-film applications . Campine LT is excellently mixable in PVC plastisols for textile coatings used in tent covers, banners and canvas for lightweight construcion films.
