Calcit HydroPlex 90/78 is a natural, wet ground calcium carbonate. With its regular particle distribution, it contributes to a better rheology and thus to a higher dry matter of the coating mixture. It is used as a coating pigment in the production of paper and board, improving their smoothness, glossiness and printability.

HydroPlus shows excellent performance in the production of highquality graph paper and board. Suitable granulation allows the reduction of clay in the coating mixes and consequently increases whiteness of the coated papers and cardboard.

The narrow particle-size distribution and extreme whiteness contribute to high coverage, glossiness and smoothness of paper and board. Suitable granulation allows the reduction of clay and other additives.

Calcit CalPlex 5 is a natural, ground calcium carbonate of exceptionally high purity. Due to the optimal particle size distribution, CalPlex 5 has a low specific surface area. CalPlex 5 is used in the production of paints and lacquers, chemicals, rubber, artificial fibers, etc.
