Buddy Rhodes™ ECC Admixture is a polymer modified, multi component additive package that was originally developed for use in seismic zones. When added to locally sourced Portland cement and sand, it will provide strength, premium working characteristics, and durability similar to our ECC Preblended Mix. The strength and ductility of our ECC recipes comes from the combination of particle gradation and the addition of a high dosage of fiber. From a creative standpoint, ECC can be mixed to unique workability, allowing for many variations in finish. The use of this admixture eliminates the need for curing polymers, pozzolans, defoamers, and shrinkage reducers. ECC Admixture provides maximum performance at minimal weight, reducing shipping costs and other concerns related to comparable products.

This sealer provide excellent stain and abrasion resistance, requiring minimal maintenance for years of quality use and abuse. PS1 has a high sheen finish.

Buddy Rhodes Concrete Products ICT CH Prep Concrete Sealer is our premium reactive densifier and conditioner. CH Prep seals and densifies the micro-channels to improve the abrasion resistance of the concrete. Using CH Prep as part of sealing process works to establish an initial concentration gradient to bring free reactive hydration byproducts to the surface of the concrete, enabling better reactions, and setting the stage for FS Seals. CH Prep is the first step of the ICT sealing system. FS Seals is the second step and Clean and Set is the third and final step.

Buddy Rhodes™ Water Reducer 555 is a high efficiency polycarboxylate-based superplasticizer in liquid form. It is ideally suited for use when making Self-Consolidating Concrete (SCC). Water Reducer 555 has been formulated to provide maximum workability without segregation to concrete. Adding water reducers will increase workability of concrete mixes that have a low water to cement ratio. Maintaining a low water to cement ratio is critical for reaching optimal strength in the cured matrix.

Buddy Rhodes™ Water Reducer 205 is a powdered polycarboxylate based plasticizer and pozzolan blend. It is a dry, white, multi-component material that can also replace pozzolan in certain mix designs. Ideal for use in GFRC face and backer coats, or as a water reducer in any concrete formulation. It is often used when building a completely custom mix design. If using a Buddy Rhodes blended mix or admix, it is more common to use a product that is strictly a plasticizer such as Water Reducer 310. 420, or 555. Adding Water Reducers will increase workability of concrete mixes that have a low water to cement ratio. Maintaining a low water to cement ratio is critical for reaching optimal strength in the cured matrix. Water Reducer 205 is 10% as potent as Water Reducer 310.

Buddy Rhodes Concrete Products ICT FS Seals is a hybrid reactive sealer with a micro acrylic emulsion, representing the most advanced sealing technology available. FS Seals provides additional acid and stain protection and will not peel or scratch. FS Seals is the second step in the ICT process, preceded by CH Prep. Clean and Set is the third step needed to accelerate the curing process of the sealer.

Highly refined in composition, this admixture provides maximum performance at minimal weight, reducing shipping costs and other concerns related to comparable products.

Buddy Rhodes™ Water Reducer 310 is a unique and powerful powdered polycarboxylate plasticizer designed to significantly reduce water requirements. Water Reducer 310 will make even the most stubborn mixes flowable but must be carefully managed to avoid segregation of mix components. Adding Water Reducers will increase workability of concrete mixes that have a low water to cement ratio. Maintaining a low water to cement ratio is critical for reaching optimal strength in the cured matrix. Water Reducer 310 has 10 times the potency of Water Reducer 205.

Buddy Rhodes™ Water Reducer 420 is a plasticizer designed to be especially effective with mixes that have a high content of finer sands and particles. It can be used to achieve a homogeneous flow in mixes with high fines, a softer flow in mixes like GFRC, and can soften a mix slightly without imparting too much sag or slump. Water Reducer 420 is often used to temper mixes that have been plasticized with Water Reducer 310 or Water Reducer 205. This combination of water reducers allows the fabricator a wide range of possibilities in responding to environmental conditions.
