Dispersing Agent for Carbon Black Pigments and Difficult to Disperse Organic PigmentsBorchi® Gen 0451 is a high molecular weight non-ionic and VOC-free dispersing agent for carbon black pigments . This dispersant provides better jetness in carbon black pigment dispersions and also improves color development in difficult to disperse organic pigments in both water- and solvent-based systems. It provides shorter grind times, higher gloss performance, high jetness, low viscosity dispersions, and long-term viscosity.

Wetting and Dispersing Agent for Stabilizing Pigments and Fillers with Polar SurfacesBorchi® Gen 0650 is an anionic, APEO- and VOC-free wetting and dispersing agent for water- and solvent-based coating systems. This dispersant is highly effective in stabilizing pigments and fillers with very polar surfaces . These include titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) , iron oxide , and hydrophilic organic pigments.

Cobalt-Free Drier / Sustainable Solution for Improved Dry Time in Alkyd PaintBorchi® OXY-Coat is a metal-based high-performance cobalt-free drier catalyst for improved drying time in paints containing alkyd resins. It demonstrates excellent drying performance at low use levels in solvent-based short, medium, and long oil alkyd paint. This solution does not require the use of an auxiliary drier. Cobalt-free driers are eco-friendly drying solutions as they do not contain any metals that may face regulatory concerns . Borchi® OXY-Coat is particularly efficient in coatings using propylene glycol. Comparison of Borchi® OXY-Coat in Medium Oil Alkyd Paint Borchi® OXY-Coat provides improved drying time compared to a cobalt drier in medium oil alkyd paint. Borchi® Gel PW 25 is a HEUR rheology modifier ( Hydrophobically modified Ethoxylated Ur ethane copolymer rheology modifier). This solution works well as a low shear range thickener for improved rheological profiles in coatings. Borchi® Gel PW 25 is an emulsifier-, APEO-, and organo tin-free non-ionic polyurethane-based thickener for water-based coatings.

Borchi® Gen 0851 is a Wetting and Dispersing Agent for Organic Pigments / Color Development / High Jetness in Carbon Black Pigments. Carbon black and organic pigments are difficult to disperse in water-based formulations. Borchi® Gen 0851 is a non-ionic wetting and dispersing agent, designed to efficiently achieve maximum color generation and high jetness in aqueous compositions. The dispersing agent is high molecular weight and VOC-free. Borchi® Gen 0451 dispersant works well in solvent-based coatings. Rheology Modifier Promoting Pigment Wetting and StabilizationBorchi® Gel L 75 N is a polyurethane-based, non-ionic liquid rheology modifier that promotes good pigment wetting and stabilization and is VOC-, APEO-, and organo tin-free. It is a HEUR thickener that develops viscosity stability in water-based coatings, mainly in the medium shear range. However, Borchi® Gel L 75 N can also provide well-balanced efficiency in high shear ranges. Typically, the shear range is between 1000 s-1 to 10000 s-1 depending upon the binder type and other ingredients in the coating.
