Black Bear BBC TR30

Black Bear BBC TR30 provides comparable hardness with unique reinforcing characteristics and a PAH level below detection limits. We have also seen dramatic synergistic effects when blended with N330. For Technical Rubber Goods we manufacture two grades that prove a versatile, one-to-one replacement for a wide range of current grades; BBC TR30 and BBC TR30S.

Benefits

We have maximized the amount of silica in our BBC T30S to provide several differentiating benefits:

Improves tear strength and abrasion resistance
Receptive to silane-coupling for optimum mechanical/dynamic reinforcement
Reduces hysteresis and lowers rolling resistance
    Enhances rubber-to-metal bond strength
Reduces electrical conductivity; especially valuable in applications where higher electrical resistivity is required

Black Bear BBC TR30 - Technical Positioning And Performance

Very low tan delta and Payne effect values combined with high mechanical reinforcement make the Black Bear grades extremely valuable in tires, and other demanding, dynamic applications where low hysteresis and low rolling resistance are key requirements.

The high surface area of the Black Bear grades combined with their relatively low structure provide high tensile strength, very high elongation, with relatively low modulus.
