- Solvent, dispersant agent or diluting agent: used for industries as paints, inks, printing and dyeing, agricultural chemicals, cellulose and acrylic ester. It may also be used as fuel anti-freeze agent, cleaning agent, extractant, and nonferrous metal ore-dressing agent. It may also be used as organic synthetic raw material.
- It is mainly used as good solvent for nitrocellulose, alkide resin and MAH (maleic anhydride) modified phenol formaldehyde resins; used as jet thinner antifreeze agent and additive for stopping agent; and may be used as solvent for inks, textile dyestuff, and textile finish oil. Water based paints prepared by it are widely used in automotive industry.
- It is widely used in paints and cleaning agents. In particular, it is used as an active solvent for water-based paints; active solvent and coupling agent for solvent based printing inks; solvent for ball point pen and fountain pen inks; coupling agent and solvent for domestic and industrial used cleaning agents, de-rusting agents and hard surface cleaning agents; solvent for agricultural insecticide; and may be used as glass cleaner materials by mixing with propylene glycol n-butyl ether.
- It may be used as solvent, dispersant agent or diluting agent in industries, such as paints, inks, printing and dyeing, agricultural chemicals, celluloses and acrylic esters. It may also be used as fuel antifreeze agent, cleaning agent, extractant, and nonferrous metal ore-dressing agent, etc. It may also be used as an organic synthetic raw material.
