BATA FOOD (Bardakci Tarim Gida Ic ve Dis Tic. Ltd. Sti.), subsidiary of BARDAKCIGROUP was established at the end of 2009 in Istanbul as an importer, exporter and supplier of food ingredients such as nuts, dried fruits, nuts, herbs, seeds, grains, pulses, cocoa, super foods and other products coming from organic and conventional agriculture.
We currently continue our activities with our presence in Turkey (BARDAKCI TARIM), The Netherlands (BATA FOOD B.V.), USA (BATA FOOD LLC) and Bahrain (BATA FOOD GCC).

We process dried fruits and nuts at our BRC certified facility in Turkey and also sourcing more than 40 products directly from 15 origins for the international food industry. BATA FOOD’s strong worldwide network of processors and partners enable us to offer good quality, efficient service and competitive prices for organic and conventional food ingredients.

Starting from the farm to your door, our operations team do their best for a smooth and steady supply by working in a cooperation with you before and after sale.

Soft (Ready To Eat) Dried Fruits are gently processed, soaked, rehydrated in water to give a softer texture. Soft (Ready to Eat) Dried Apricots and Figs are different than regular Sun Dried Figs and Dried Apricots with their enhanced flavor and moist texture.

Organic coconut flour (Cocos nucifera) is a by product of coconut meat produced by fine grounding coconut meat. Coconut flour is a naturally gluten-free flour and a good source of protein with a low carbohydrate value which makes it a great alternative to wheat flour.

Cacao Nibs are produced by breaking the peeled and fermented cacao beans into fragments, which sourced from South America and West Africa.
